June: Army Heritage Month

The U.S. Army Reserve celebrates the U.S. Army birthday on June 14, marking the date in 1775 when the Second Continental Congress established the Continental Army and subsequently appointed George Washington as general and commander in chief of the new force. Thank you to all who have served in our Army and who have served our nation.
